EXPERIMENTAL CREATIONS IN MILANO 2017

In this world filled with design, it is important to search for new design expressions. We work with young Japanese designers to explore sensible designs that focus on qualities such as material or texture. Moreover, we actively present the creative processes of each exhibit to show their multihued values. We continue to expand the capabilities of design by initiating creative experimentations. For Salone del Mobile 2017, we are working with six young talented Japanese designers in serving well-balanced delightful assortment of ideas to the audience. The participating designers are experimenting to find the most inventive way to exploit the material, in order to retain the perfect mixture of their creative abilities.

There are six experiments focusing on material and process, including a challenge to create new materials using food waste　and bounties of nature, an exploration of rust texture and color, experiments on electronic devices, CT scanners and 3D printers.
