The attrition rate for wood material is generally set for 30 to 70% and you can imagine how wood shavings take up the significant part of it. The characteristics of wood shavings varies depending on the type of wood or machinery used to process them. In attempt to make effective usage of our natural resources, the designer experimented to add values to the wood shavings which otherwise goes to waste. As a result, he discovered a new surface expressions which shines the light on the advantages of excess wood.
